In order to make the project self-sustainable, a cooperative will be established among the women in the project. Thus, the production will be transferred from indivual basis to organisational identity with a standard of quality and assortment. The cooperative will also have a share from sales which will be spent for developing the training center and expanding marketing activities for the self-sustainability of the project. In this way, the home-based working women's life standards (together with their families) will be increased as they will be able to sell the embroideries they produce for the price accepted in the national and international market.

All the expenses and official procedures in establishment of this cooperative will be done by project committee and it will deliver cooperative members.
