and Southeastern Anatolia Project (GAP) Regional Development Administration
have arranged a common Grant Project which is called "Cultural
Heritage Development Programme of The GAP Region" in 2004.
We, as Association of Turkish University Graduate Women-Gaziantep
Branch, applied to this Project with the partnership of Gaziantep
Metropolitian Municipality. The role and involment of Gaziantep
Metropolitian Municipality in this project is to allot a building
for workshop and seminars.

The name of the project is "Keeping
Antep Embroidery Art Alive and Increasing Its Economical Value"
. The EC contribution is 89.406 Euro and the duration of project
is 24 months.
Aim of the project: To keep alive Antep embroidery
art by increasing its economical value and to create a new income
this region by this way.
